Harriet Tubman
Last week, we watched a musical production on the life of Harriet Tubman. She worked as a slave until she escaped, and then began helping others escape through the Underground Railroad. Tell what this was like for her, and how you would feel in her position. Write at least seven sentences.
For me too be in the spot that Harriet Tubman because getting all those slaves to freedom that would take a lot of time to do that.I hope every body wished they could be like her because she did a great thing for us.If she didn't do that then we would probably be in slavery that wouldn't be nice and we wouldn't be a free country.she did a great thing for us and the slaves all around the thirteen colonies.She had allot of exiting places and people in her story.I wish i could be her really bad because i wish to do all the thing she did.I hope you wish you were her.She had some bad stuff happen to her in her life and i mean really bad stuff in her life.She made me care more about my country like to stop global warming and keep the earth clean so i hope u care now about the earth that you live on and in.
ReplyDeleteIf I were to be Harriet Tubman I would be scared of my life, even if i was a slave. Harriet Tubman must of have so of sighn in her brain telling her that she should not spend her life as a slave.So then that must have been when she escaped from slavery. Then in her life she helped others escape from slavery to, I really don't know why but I think she felt that other people did not have to go through slavery, but i would have done the same thing too. Harriet Tubman must have been a hero to other people like the ones she helped escaped, but anyway Harriet Tubman was a true hero! I hope that Harriet Tubman lead the rest of her life a good life. At the the end of her life she died of old age.

hi my name is Cody M and I would like to tell you about Harriet Tubman. growing up as Harriet Tubman was ont easy as you think.She could fall asleep and when she would wake up sh could know would will happan if they went some were they should not go to.She is a great person when she got married she got married she was betrade when she tryed to get freedom her husben had gotten married to onther women and he for got about his old wife.
ReplyDeleteI would feel good about harriet tubman. because she helped many slaves find their way to freedom.If she did not we would still be in slavery today. slavery is the most horrible thing a person can do. Harriet Tubman was a great women who inspired millions. which also includes me. Long live Harriet Tubman.
ReplyDeleteI think that to be in Harriet Tubmans shoes would be hard because she saved a lot of lives.When Harriet Tubman was saving many African American slaves she was risking her own life.Harriet tubman was a very brave woman because she saved as many african slaves lifes.Harriet tubman had some very bad stuff happen to her.Harriet tubman was also a slave.But she got to save her self from slavery and she decided to help other african american slaves be free.Harriet tubman never got caught freeing african american slaves.She became like a super hero to african american slaves.I am sure that those african american slaves that got freed by Harriet tubman are very pleased with her saving there lives.
